If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process.
In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you, and the incorrect item will be collected.
If you have a change of mind regarding your purchase, we offer a return period of 14 days from the date of delivery. In such cases, the product must be in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Please ensure that the returned product is securely packaged, and the RMA number is clearly marked on the packaging.
